Delta Dialogues offers your monthly shot of inspiration, information, and the opportunity to connect with the integrated photonics community.

Delta Dialogues is an interactive community call for and by the community. After a short PhotonDelta update, the floor is given to several community members. Anyone involved or looking to get involved in integrated photonics is welcome to join the Delta Dialogues. This is your chance to connect with our ecosystem. Whether you are a tech developer, student, investor, end-user or otherwise involved in integrated photonics – this event is open to you.

The program

Join Delta Dialogues for an exciting journey as we delve into the latest developments from the Integrated Photonics Systems Roadmap – International. After an engaging introduction by our esteemed host, Jorn Smeets, CMO at PhotonDelta, a line-up of experts will take the stage to bring us back to the IPSR-I Spring Meeting 2023, a week before.

Get ready to be informed, inspired, and amazed as we dive into the captivating updates from IPSR-I participants:

  • Introduction to the IPSR-I roadmap and the theme of the Spring Meeting – Peter van Arkel, Roadmapping Director, IPSR-I.
  • Technology Scaling – Prof. Kimerling, Thomas Lord Professor of Materials Science and Engineering and Director at MIT Microphotonics Center.
  • Scaling Ecology – Anu Agarwal, Principal Research Scientist at MIT Quantum Photonics Laboratory.
  • Workforce Development – Sajan Saini, Education Director at Initiative for Knowlede and Innovation in Manufacturing at MIT.

Delta Dialogues takes place every 1st Wednesday of the Month from 12 PM to 1 PM (CEST). This episode is posponed for a week due to the IPSR-I Spring Meeting and will take place on 14 June 2023.
