Human Capital Partner Event

On 12 June, the PhotonDelta Human Capital Team is organising a Partner Event in Utrecht, and we would be delighted if you could join us from 09.30 AM until 14.00 PM.

This exclusive event will bring together leading companies in the Dutch Photonic Chip industry and educational institutes to strengthen collaboration and address one of our most pressing challenges: the growing need for highly skilled talent. As the industry continues to expand rapidly in the Netherlands, aligning education with evolving industry demands is more critical than ever. On every educational level, from MBO to PhD, a well-prepared talent pipeline is key to our shared success.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore key questions such as: What level of BBL (apprenticeship) programs are needed — MBO levels 2, 3, or 4? What knowledge and skills should an HBO/BSc graduate specialising in optics or photonics bring to the table? Your insights and perspective are vital to shaping this discussion.
