Based in Eindhoven, CoolSem Technologies develops advanced heat-conducting substrate technology for semiconductor, photonic, and high-performance computing applications. The patented WaLTIS platform replaces conventional substrates with a high-conductivity multi-layer stack that enables efficient, compact, and reliable heat transfer — unlocking higher performance and efficiency and a longer lifetime for next-generation devices.
