As result of our exposure to the markets and application needs, PhotonDelta has developed over time a number of state-of-the-art unique opto-electronics modules, optimized to perform specific functionalities and where the light processing functions have been integrated in dedicated proprietary PICs.
The functions offered by the modules are generic enough to be relevant 'building blocks' for many applications in many markets. As such they constitute essential opportunity to develop new solutions with much faster time-to-market and far lower investments. Below an example of some of our most advanced and mature platforms. Mini-interrogator for Fiber Optics Sensing

State of the art (5 yrs ahead of competition) highly accurate PICs-powered interrogator modules/subsystems for simultaneous high-frequency measurement of force, pressure, temperature and relative spatial position of distributed sensors over one/multiple optics fibre.

Highly sensitive Multi-parameters optical bio-sensing

Synchronized multi-parameters optical sensing subsystem, powered by proprietary (TriPleX™) integrated photonics (micro-photonics), micro/optofluidics and related surface functionalization for application in Lab-on-a-Chip based analysis and detection systems.

Broadband Ultra-narrow linewidth Tunable Laser

State-of-the-art fast low-cost low-power highly-integrated dynamically tunable lasers sub-systems with stable high-resolution in high frequency IR C-band laser tuning as well as in the VIS, NIR and MIR bands.

Optical Beamforming

World’s first subsystem, powered by dedicated proprietary Photonic integrated Circuits (PIC) and hybrid PIC packaging, for single/multiantenna optical-domain beamforming in double-digit GHz range wireless communications (e.g. 5G mobile access points or multi-point broadband satellites).
